Ms. Tonya and Mrs. Lynn attended a MasterClub "Leadership Training" session in Ft. Worth on Saturday, August 7th.  They will also be attending the MasterClub Training Conf. in Milford, OH in November.  I am so thankful that Glenwood Baptist believes in investing heavily in our youth!

We will start our MasterClubs the first Wednesday in September (9/1/10).  Our 6:45 - 8:25 pm Wednesday night classes will include lessons and activities for our 4 yr. olds this year.  This is a "needed" area that we have not been able to take care of up until now.  We are so grateful for FAITHFUL WORKERS!!!

We will also be scheduling those "special" Sunday evening "MasterClub Nights" again for the class-year.  These Sunday night services give many who have no children or grandchildren in MasterClubs a view of what our youth are learning and enjoying on these invaluable Wed. nights.

We will be preparing our youth to compete in the "Regional Competitions" again this year.  Our boys and girls, along with their Teachers and Leaders will be working hard, preparing for that competition.

We are very thankful for our MasterClub Director, Ms. Tonya Spillman, along with our faithful Workers who are making Church interesting, enjoyable and profitable for our youth.  We have a much expanded staff of "Teachers" and "Workers" lined up for the 2010/2011 year.  Time alone will reveal the true value of this Bible-based curriculum, and needed ministry to our boys and girls.
